Login Paper Submission System and submit your final paper, after you received the acceptance notification letter.
Then you can process the registration procedure, please click "Registration Steps" listed on the left side of this website for detail.

****Important: Please register your paper on paper submission system no matter you register as early bird or on-site, or your paper won't be edited in conference proceedings without registration process.
